In 2007, The NSMC set up the Learning Demonstration Sites scheme funded by the Department of Health. At that time social marketing was relatively undeveloped in England and the programmes were designed to build knowledge and expertise in the discipline. This report, which is the second in a series of three, was published in 2009 and reported on the progress of each of the sites at that time.
