This National Audit Office report encourages government departments to take a holistic view of behaviour change. Departments should understand who they are trying to reach with behaviour change, develop an evidence-based strategy and monitor project outcome, including calculating value for money and dissemination of best practice across departments. The NSMC provided advice to the National Audit Office in developing the guide.
